Salient Federal Solutions, Inc. (Salient), which provides IT and engineering services to federal agencies, including intelligence and defense, will support the Technical Training Instructor program through a contract with PatchPlus Consulting, Inc.

Salient’s COO, Bill Parker, called the plan a strategic win.

“Our customers rely on our teams to work with agility and precision,” said Parker. “We look forward to supporting Patch Plus Consulting on delivering a worldwide maintenance and logistics capability that is focused on meeting the needs of the military services and supporting our country both at home and overseas.”

“We are the right answer because of our Talent Operations Center, the understanding of AETC’s mission and expertise in training,” Linda Harris,  Senior Vice President of Salient, told WashingtonExec.

Under this contract, Salient will also provide operational, administrative, management and supervisory personnel. This two year award will include stand-up classroom and flight line instruction, curriculum development and student management at five air force and navy bases.
