BAE Systems has named Larry Prior, previously Executive Vice President of Service Sectors, as Chief Operating Officer (COO), the company announced June 27.
In his new role, Prior will drive operational productivity, agility, cost efficiency and effectiveness throughout the business.
BAE Systems also announced that it has appointed Tom Arseneault Executive Vice President of Product Sectors and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Arseneault will oversee research and development and the application of technology to meet customers’ needs.
“Both Tom and Larry are proven and trusted leaders, and I look forward to partnering with them in their new roles to further improve our performance and leverage our remarkable people and capabilities,” said BAE Systems President and CEO Linda P. Hudson.
