    Bill Perlowitz (Wyle), featured speaker

The Technology Training Corporation (TTC) will hold a conference on the direction of government big data research and development on September 18 and 19 at the Holiday Inn Rosslyn at Key Bridge, in Arlington, Va.

Government and industry speakers will address the future of big data technologies, needs and initiatives.

Experts who are shaping the direction of big data will discuss how to sift through the massive amount of information available today, to find the most critical and actionable items of intelligence. Increasingly, this must be done in near-real time, and the information must be packaged in a format capable of being shared with all other pertinent parties.

Sensor, computer and communication technologies are straining to keep pace with current and future information management and analysis needs. The two-day event will discuss new tools, how big data analytics can be applied to critical missions, and what role industry can play.
