    Kris Collo, MicroPact

MicroPact will hold the 10th Annual 462 Conference: The Changing Landscape of EEO in the Federal Workplace on September 12 at the Marriott Metro Center in Washington, D.C.

The 462 conference attendees will discuss best practices in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) processing and receive training on MicroPact’s icomplaints, the system used to manage 90 percent of all federal EEO claims.

“We’re looking forward to a great day of learning about this very important topic for the federal workforce and sharing how our technologies can be used throughout the entire case management lifecycle for greater efficiencies and compliance,” said MicroPact President and Founder Kris Collo.

The conference will be separated into two learning tracks. “Track 1-462 Plus” is for attendees looking for basic training on 462 reporting in icomplaints. “Track 2-Beyond 462” is for those already familiar with 462 reporting in icomplaints.

Registration is still open for those wishing to attend.
