    NVTC Announces 2012 Hot Ticket Award Winners

    The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the largest membership and technology trade council in the country, has announced the winners of its 11th annual Hot Ticket Awards honoring the region’s best and brightest technology companies.

    Over 500 members of the northern Virginia technology community gathered poolside at NVTC president and CEO Bobbie Kilberg’s home. Katherine Ferguson, of Cooley LLP, and Sara Zeller, of Argy Wiltse and Robinson – companies that also sponsored the event – emceed the awards ceremony.

    Winners of each category included:

    Hottest Bootstrap – CFN Services, Inc.

    Hottest Buzz – Sonatype

    Hottest Company Culture – GetWellNetwork Inc.

    Hottest Emerging Government Contractor – Near Infinity Corporation

    Hottest Exit – Micromet

    Hottest Management Team – BroadSoft

    Hottest Start-up – Lemur IMS

    Hottest Venture Capital Deal – newBrandAnalytics

    NVTC serves over 1,000 companies from all sectors of the technology industry, including service providers, universities, foreign embassies, nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. NVTC represents about 200,000 employees in total.
