CSC has been named Large Business Prime Contractor of the Year by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the Houston Government Procurement Connections Conference.
CSC was selected based on its performance with all NASA contracts, as well as for meeting and exceeding all small business requirements and the use of small business contractors to perform technical tasks required by the contract during its execution.
“We make a conscious effort to support Department of Defense initiatives by incorporating small businesses wherever possible in the programs we manage worldwide,” said President of CSC’s North American Public Sector Defense Group, Alan Weakley.
CSC was previously awarded two “Contractor of the Year” awards from the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the NASA John Stennis Space Center in 2009.
