CACI International Inc. announced earlier this week that it will acquire DeltaSolutions and Technologies, Inc., which provides management and IT solutions to federal agencies, such as the Departments of the Interior and Veterans Affairs. Delta specialists focus on Federal Financial Management (FFM) systems design, development, integration, and operations and maintenance. This acquisition will expand CACI’s presence in the business system solutions and government transformation arenas. The expected closing date is July 1.

CACI President and CEO Paul Cofoni said the company was pleased to announce its intent to bring Delta Solutions into CACI.

“Their solid growth, employee-centric culture, and first-rate customer service make them an excellent fit for our company,” he added. “Equally important, Delta’s client relationships in the federal civilian market will reinforce our ability to win work that helps government agencies reduce costs, increase transparency, and enhance accountability.”

Delta Solutions has extensive experience implementing, integrating, and enhancing major platforms, including Momentum and SAP, and an active business analytics practice. The acquisition is expected to grow CACI’s earnings per share during its first year.

Tim Matlack, president and CEO of Delta Solutions, said, “We believe Delta Solutions is a great fit for CACI because our cultures are similar and our core capabilities are both focused on key federal priorities. We look forward to bringing our experienced and committed team to CACI and growing together as we provide high-value financial management services to federal customers.”

CACI has maintained a successful record providing professional services and IT solutions in defense, intelligence, homeland security, and IT modernization and government transformation for fifty years. The company provides federal clients with national security, communications and collaboration, secure information systems and networks, enhanced data collection and analysis, and increase efficiency and mission effectiveness.
