CACI International Inc. has been awarded a $23 million task order contract with the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Dalhgren, Virginia, the company announced Tuesday.

As a part of the one base year and two option year contract, CACI will provide technical and engineering services to the Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) program.

“CACI’s latest award with the U.S. Naval Surface Warfare Center demonstrates the success of our relentless focus on excellence in our program performance,” said CACI President and CEO Paul Cofoni.

CACI has over 20 years of SLBM experience and will provide software testing and full lifecycle support for TRIDENT submarine fire control systems in addition to performing information assurance services for the K Department.
