    B3 Solutions Names Edward Marshall Director of DHS Sector

    B3 Solutions LLC, a provider of information technology and program management services for the federal government, announced today that it has appointed Edward Marshall director of the company’s homeland security sector.

    Marshall has over 20 years of experience in program management and contracting and will oversee the B3 Solutions’ growing homeland security business, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, FEMA, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, TSA and U.S. Coast Guard Portfolio.

    “Edward Marshall has broad experience in working with federal government customers in both the homeland security and defense sectors,” said President of B3 Solutions, Brenda Bearden.  “He has an outstanding record of executive leadership and program management that will complement and strengthen our management team.”

    Marshall has served as director of contracts at QinetiQ North America’s systems engineering division and as a lead acquisition expert for a Marine Corps product group.  Marshall also held numerous U.S. Coast Guard leadership positions at Booz Allen Hamilton as well as various contracting, teaching, acquisition and program management positions while on active duty with the U.S. Army.  Marshall has also taught at a defense Acquisition University as a contract management professor.

    B3 Solutions specializes in cyber security, information technology system design and development, program management, supply chain and logistics, financial and acquisition management services to the federal government and homeland security sector in particular.
