Subsystem Technologies Inc. won a $49.5 million contract last week to provide engineering and technical services support to the Department of the Army’s Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey.

“We are thrilled that SUBSYSTEMs will continue as a vital team member in support of ARDEC’s mission,” said Sam Malhotra, CEO of SUBSYSTEMs.

The IDIQ contract permits SUBSYSTEMs to provide complex design, structural analysis, material engineering, and test engineering services in support of emerging technologies aimed at improving front-line weapons and munitions for the US Warfighter.

Engineering services, technical assistance, and incidental supplies will support ARDEC’s mission of advance armaments technology and engineering innovation critical to the nation’s security and defense.
