Earlier today, newly-formed IT professional services provider Spear, Inc. announced that the company will partner with Dell as an authorized reseller, beginning April 2012. The partnership is in step with Spear, Inc.’s commitment to delivering efficient and cutting-edge products to the government.

“Spear can now provide our clients with Dell’s complete technology offering, further enhancing our ability to meet the federal government’s evolving IT needs,” said Spear, Inc. COO,  Gino Antonelli.

It was also announced today that Katherine Kloc will join Spear, Inc’s leadership team as vice president of human resources and business operations. Kloc’s appointment marks Spear, Inc.’s first hire since its founding in February 2012.

“This key leadership appointment demonstrates our  focus on people and creating a productive business environment for employees to build long-term careers within our organization.” said Spear, Inc. CEO, Richard Pineda.

Before joining Spear, Inc., Kloc worked as director of business operations in the federal sector for Dell (formerly Perot Systems). Kloc has over 20 years of experience in human resources, finance, and company operations.
