Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced the launch of its mobile capture application – ZapIn – for enterprise customers, available both on Smart phones and Tablets.

This enterprise app helps on-the-go business executives capture customer information while they are face-to-face with the customer and instantly initiate its processing at the back-office. Advanced image processing ensures high quality images and minimal size, making it viable to be transferred over a GPRS/3G network.

“ZapIn is a revolutionary product in the enterprise mobile application market,” said Diwakar Nigam, CEO of Newgen Software.

ZapIn is designed for enabling drastic reduction in Business Process cycle times and enhanced customer experience. We find significant traction for ZapIn in verticals like Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Healthcare and Logistics.”

The application ensures First-Time-Right by enforcing business rules and logic so that all key information and documents are captured properly before the process gets initiated.

The highly secure app encrypts all data that gets transferred over the network. Communication with the ZapIn server is limited only to registered Mobile/Tablet devices to ensure safety and security of customer information.
