    Greg Drozd Appointed Corporate Director Of Quality And Improvement At MacAulay-Brown, Inc.

    MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB) announced today that it named Greg Drozd Corporate Director of Quality and Improvement. Drozd will ensure that all corporate systems, processes and employees meet stringent ISO 9001:2008 requirements. In addition, he will implement a unified quality management and corporate governance system across the enterprise that positions the Company to achieve its strategic business objectives.

    “It is a great pleasure to welcome Greg to the MacB family,” said Wayne Baumgarten, Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development and Communications. “For more than 30 years, we have been at the forefront of providing critical engineering and technical services to the warfighter. Greg will play a key role in improving our corporate systems and processes to ensure that MacB’s reputation as a provider of quality engineering services continues.”

    Drozd, a 25-year veteran has extensive experience as a consultant aiding organizations optimize the benefits of ISO certified systems and meeting customer mandates for third party certified management systems as a condition of doing business. Before officially joining MacB, Drozd was a consultant to MacB since 2005, working with senior management to develop and manage their ISO 9001-based quality management system. He also has held quality-focused positions at several companies including IQC, MTC Technologies (now BAE Systems), Digitron and Freund Precision.

    Drozd is also an accomplished corporate trainer, having developed and delivered a host of quality-based training programs. As a distinguished public speaker, he educates industry and government agencies on the importance of maintaining ISO-based quality management systems and processes. In addition, he has taught Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Principles at Edison State College as a capstone course in their engineering program.
