On Monday, Serco announced the appointment of Jack Ginsburg as vice president of business development and Carlo Uchello as vice president of customer programs in the company’s Federal Civilian Services Group.
Ginsburg will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with Federal civilian clients in the U.S. and Canada, while Uchello will be tasked to strengthen Serco’s customer-centric relationships.
Ginsburg recently served three years as senior vice president of global sales and corporate marketing for Daon and brings over 25 years of domestic and international marketing and business development experience.
Uchello has been the VP of education and financial services for General Dynamics Information Technology for the last five years. He has spent more than 30 years technical, operations and project management, strategic planning and business development for major federal and state government clients.
