    WashingtonExec Series:

WashingtonExec asked the simple question to top area executives:

“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”

Today’s insight is from Kathleen Cowles, Director of Corporate and Government Affairs LGS Innovations.

    1. Treat people the way you wish to be treated. Everyone should be respected, everyone.

    2. Think before you speak. Words are powerful.

    3. Save 10% of your very first paycheck and you won’t ever miss it going forward. Hard to think you will retire one day at your age, but you will and you will be thankful!
