Northrop Grumman Corporation has been awarded a $16.3 million contract to provide professional, technical and analytical cybersecurity support to a variety of U.S. Navy Information Operations organizations.
The five-year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract was awarded by the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk.
“Northrop Grumman is a longstanding partner of the Navy with a proven track record of strong performance,” said Kathy Warden, vice president and general manager for Northrop Grumman’s Cyber Intelligence Division. “We will leverage our deep cybersecurity experience in information operations, information warfare and SIGINT, and provide the Navy with innovative and affordable full spectrum solutions to help them meet their mission needs.”
Northop Grumman will provide full scope information operations support to several naval command centers and will support the Navy’s warfighting capabilities and all command missions, functions and tasks. The contract work will be performed primarily in the Norfolk, VA and Fort Meade, Md areas, as well as various international locations.
