    Citizant Names Frank Nigro Vice President Of Civilian Agencies Group

    Frank Nigro, Citizant

    Citizant has promoted Frank Nigro to Vice President of Civilian Agencies Group. Nigro will oversee the newly-formed group which includes several federal accounts including the Internal Revenue Service, other U.S. Treasury bureaus, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and other federal organizations. He will be responsible for revenue growth, rapid staffing and high-quality program delivery within these accounts.

    Nigro will report to Jeffrey Beyer, senior vice president of Operations.

    “Frank is one of the most effective operations leaders that Citizant has ever hired,” said Beyer. “This promotion recognizes Frank’s successful performance on all fronts. He is an effective leader who focuses on delivering outstanding results for our federal government customers by ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions and effective project management, and empowering and mentoring program managers in his group.”

    Nigro has been with Citizant since 2009 as operations manager, responsible for responsible for managing the company’s contract with the Department of Labor to provide acquisition support for a proposed enterprise wide IT system and also leading a Department of Agriculture contract to provide enterprise architecture support for the geospatial segment.

    “I am eager to serve in this new leadership role at Citizant as we seek to expand our support of our federal customers,” said Nigro.
