Yesterday, Northrop Grumman Corporation announced that former U.S. Navy Admiral Gary Roughead will be joining the company’s Board of Directors. Admiral Roughead previously served as the 29th Chief of Naval Operations for the U.S. Navy and retired last year. The election of Admiral Roughead brings Northrop Grumman’s board members to 13. 12 of the 13 members are non-employee directors.
