    New WashingtonExec Series:

WashingtonExec asked the simple question to top area executives:

“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”

Dennis Kelly, President and CEO of A-T Solutions:

    1.      Honesty and integrity are essential in everything you do. Never compromise on these principles no matter what the price.

    2.      There is no substitute for hard work. Don’t become part of the “instant gratification crowd”.  Be willing to go the distance. Steadfast, persistent effort will produce amazing results over time.

    3.      Be true to yourself. Seek a career that gets you excited to go to work every day.  It may take a few trial runs but don’t give up until you find your life’s passion.
