Jon Jackson, Mobile Posse

Last week, Mobile Posse announced the appointment of Steve Sincavage as CFO.  With an extensive background in accounting, finance, legal, and administrative operations, Sincavage brings more than 16 years of experience and has a proven track record with high-growth technology companies.

Prior to joining Mobile Posse, Sincavage spent six years with Rivermine Software, Inc. During his tenure as CFO, the company grew more than 400 percent over a four year period and was successfully sold to Emptoris, Inc.  Sincavage helped raise $13.7M in venture funding and $7M in venture debt financing, which helped to power the company’s extensive growth.  He also helped reposition the company’s financial model from a perpetual software license revenue model to a SaaS revenue model.  Sincavage has also held financial positions at Fine Point Technologies, Digital Paper Corporation and Honeywell.

“Steve’s addition to the team really helps position Mobile Posse for strategic growth, and continued execution for our clients and customers,” said Jon Jackson, CEO of Mobile Posse. “We’re delighted that Steve has joined us to help create a valuable company for our partners and investors.”
