    Mark Johnson, Oracle

Mark Johnson, senior vice president of Oracle’s Public Sector, sat down with WashingtonExec to discuss what three pieces of advice he deemed most important for his children to understand.

    1.  First, your family always comes first. Done. Never forget that.

    2.  Next, your career is second. You need to have a strong work ethic that will allow you to move up and succeed and achieve greatness and wealth to give back to your family and your community.

    3.  Next is your health. Never forget the fact that you must stay healthy for your family to ensure your longevity and positive outlook.

In the end balance is key, work each of these daily and you will succeed both personally and professionally.
