    New WashingtonExec Series:

WashingtonExec asked the simple question to top area executives:

“If you could give your kids only three pieces of advice, what would they be?”

Today’s insight is from Greg Baroni, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Attain.

Invent The Future- Create a legacy in the life you lead and a sense of hope for future generations.

Be Bold- One must always be resilient. One must never be afraid to reach for the stars to achieve something insanely great. Understand that failure is a plausible outcome and sometimes the first step toward achieving great things. If you are steadfast in purpose and mindset, you will achieve any goal you set for yourself.

Obsess Externally- Above all else, serve others.
