Recently, TWD & Associates, Inc. (TWD) announced it completed a realignment of the company. The new organization will enable TWD to more directly and effectively deliver the technology solutions that help customers deal with the need to do more with less.

The new organization will use a matrix structure to separate daily contract performance from the management of its technology capabilities. Daily contract performance will be managed by a newly created VP of Programs position for which the company recently announced the hiring of Bradley Stegman. TWD’s existing business unit VP’s will continue to develop and implement the technology systems and services that solve customer problems and respond to their needs.

“This matrix structure will make it easier for us to apply our technology capabilities across our programs, enabling us to deliver the solutions that have worked for individual customers across our entire customer portfolio,” said Larry Besterman, President & CEO, TWD.

As part of the realignment, TWD has added technology specialists with a focus on cybersecurity, electronic security systems and collaboration solutions via Microsoft(R) SharePoint(R). In addition to strengthening channel alliances, the company has made other investments to help reach new customers and potential teaming partners with its solution sets in the areas of telepresence, digital media services and continuous compliance monitoring.
