SAVE THE DATE: The 2012 Leukemia Ball will be held on Saturday, March 31, 2012, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center between 7th and 9th Streets, NW Washington, DC. This event will mark the 25th anniversary of the Leukemia Ball. The ball will include a toast to all those who have made a difference in the lives of blood cancer patients and their families over the years.

Since 1988, the annual Leukemia Ball has raised more than $42 million for the fight against leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma. Each year, teams of dedicated volunteers have exceeded all goals and expectations, making the Leukemia Ball the largest non-political black-tie event in Washington, DC. Approximately 2,000 guests attend the Ball each year.

Event Co-Chairs:

  • Robin Lineberger – CEO, Deloitte Federal Services
  • Dr. James Davis, J.D., PhD. – Executive VP, General Counsel and Secretary, Human Genome Sciences

James L. Eichberg Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient:

  • Kevin Fay – Alcalde & Fay
