Haywood Talcove, CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions

LexisNexis Risk Solutions announced the launch of “Fraud of the Day,” a forum dedicated to educating government officials about how fraud is being perpetrated. The site offers a medium for information sharing and highlights different fraud-related news articles each day, incorporating commentary by fraud, waste and abuse experts such as Larry Benson, director of strategic alliances for revenue discovery and recovery at LexisNexis.

The forum features links to news, events and resources pertaining to governmental fraud, video commentary from experts in the tax and revenue and social services arenas and “Fraud Commentary by Larry.”

CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Haywood Talcove said, “Identifying how the government and, most importantly, the taxpayer are being defrauded and solutions to stop it are key ways to find savings. When we realized that there was no single resource dedicated to informing government about the many types of fraud, we knew it was important to develop this resource.”
