Evolver has been awarded a 7-year contract from the U.S. SSA to provide Help Desk Initiatives Support Services to the Office of Systems.
Under this contract, Evolver will be responsible for providing operational and management support to 3 key service functions at the agency: The SSA Technology Assistance Center, The Enterprise Software Engineering Facility and the Web Engineering Support Services center, In addition, Evolver will also provide direct technical support to the Office of the Commissioner, as well as other SSA executive level offices located in the Washington D.C. and Baltimore MD area.
