    CRGT Inc. Acquires The Federal Division Of CIBER, Inc.

    Recently, CRGT Inc. announced it signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Federal division of CIBER, Inc.The transaction is expected to close within 90 days. CIBER’s Federal division (“CIBER Federal”) brings over 25 years of experience supporting the U.S. Federal Government. CIBER Federal offers a full spectrum of IT services, solutions, and support to include enterprise architecture, application development, systems implementation and integration, operations support, and security.

    “We are very excited about the combination of CIBER Federal with CRGT. CIBER Federal brings a broad customer base, a seasoned management team, and an outstanding track record of success providing a wide range of IT and business process services to the Federal Government,” said CRGT CEO and President Tom Ferrando. “This acquisition continues our strategic growth plan, positions CRGT to better serve a broader spectrum of the Federal marketplace, and adds unique capabilities that are provided to a diverse customer base.” Ferrando concluded.”
