    Serco Awarded $47M ID/IQ Contract To Work With U.S. Navy

    Today, Serco Inc. announced that it was awarded an ID/IQ contract to provide support, policy and program analysis, financial program management, and training solutions for the U.S. Navy. The contract has a ceiling value of $47 million over three years, which includes a one-year base and two one-year option periods, if all options are exercised.

    Under this contract, Serco will compete four task orders in the following areas: human resource planning and analysis; automation and information technology support; program and organizational analysis; modeling, simulation and analysis; and financial and program management.  The Company will provide support to the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) N1 and to the Navy Safe Harbor for planning, policy development and execution of personnel and education activities in order to provide the Navy’s operating forces with trained personnel to support their missions.

    Bill Fischer, VP of Serco’s Strategy, Learning and Human Capital unit said, “Our staff is deeply committed to the Navy’s initiatives and we have a highly-skilled team in place to support their planning and analysis needs.”
