    Ed Casey, CEO of Serco

This week, Serco Inc. announced it was awarded a task order under the U.S. Army HRsolutions Studies and Analysis (S&A) ID/IQ contract to support the Army’s Civilian Workforce Transformation (CWT) Campaign Plan. If all options are exercised, the task order has a value of $10 million.

Serco will now assist the Army with analytic, management and advisory services. They will support the CWT Campaign Plan and will utilize the Army Career Tracker system to provide leadership development and management programs.

Serco’s VP of Strategy, Learning & Human Capital unit Bill Fischer said, “With over two decades of assistance to the U.S. Army, we have a full understanding and appreciation for their mission. Serco’s work on the Civilian Workforce Transformation Campaign supports the Army’s flexible and adaptable civilian workforce as they assist the soldier.”

Serco has worked with the Army under the HRsolutions contract and predecessor vehicles since 1991.
