Recently, ManTech International Corporation named Ken Silva senior vice president for cyber strategy of its Mission, Cyber and Technology Solutions (MCTS) group.
In this role, Silva will develop and implement ManTech’s cyber strategy. He will report to L. William Varner, president and COO of ManTech’s MCTS group.
Varner said, “Ken Silva is a leader in the cyber community who brings a distinguished background in technological security and cyber technology to ManTech.”
Proir to ManTech, Silva served as the senior executive adviser for cyber technologies at Booz Allen Hamilton. Before that he spent ten years at VeriSign, as the senior VP and CTO. He was named one of InfoWorld’s Top 25 CTO’s for 2009. Also, Silva spent nine years as a technical director at the National Security Agency and eleven years as a senior analyst with the United States Air Force.
