One of the fastest growing U.S. businesses, Array Information Technology (ARRAY), announced that it is now independently appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3. CMMI Level 3 is an internationally recognized standard for measuring software process maturity. The rating is awarded based on the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Version 1.3.

“We are delighted to be appraised at CMMI Level 3, which marks an important milestone for ARRAY,” said Brian Leung, CEO of ARRAY Information Technology. “This prestigious designation reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, and our passion to deliver leading-edge technologies and best-of-breed solutions to our customers by meeting or exceeding the highest industry standards.”

CMMI appraisal means that the projects completed at ARRAY are in compliance with standard guidelines. It also indicates that the software development and related support function processes are properly defined, adopted, and effectively managed. For ARRAY, the CMMI 3 rating shows that all of the company’s processes are in place and are perfectly competent of raising customer satisfaction rates.

ARRAY attained ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2005 and ISO 20000:2005 certifications, in the past two years, from which CMMI Maturity Level 3 is a natural progression. These standards guarantee ARRAY’s agreement of providing a detailed process definition of Project Management, Process Management and Support functions.

ARRAY Information Technology, Inc. specializes in services to the National Security, Defense, and Scientific Sectors.
