Accelera Solutions completed the acquisition of ITS Group services division unit last week. With a 15-year track record of helping commercial organizations implement and leverage Microsoft Solutions, ITS Group’s sound performance and excellent reputation of providing highly specialized Microsoft consulting and migration services are closely aligned with Accelera’s target growth markets. This includes commercial and financial services as well. The ITS Group Services Division has extensive experience with leading platforms such as Microsoft Systems Center, Exchange, Lync Services, Active Directory, Vmware and EMC Storage.

Accelera Solutions will establish a new Microsoft enterprise application business unit, led by Mitch Chen, the current chief executive officer (CEO) of the ITS Group.

Accelera Solutions is a virtualization solutions provider focused on cloud computing, desktop, application and server solutions. The two combined companies will have over 100 employees who will operate from Accelera’s headquarters in Fairfax, Va.
