    SRA International Contracted By VA For Its Veteran Relationship Management Program

    The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) has chosen SRA International, Inc. as an awardee for its Veteran Relationship Management (VRM) program. SRA is a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations.

    The indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multi-award contract, which has a ceiling of $480 million awarded five various contracts. SRA’s portion will provide a comprehensive IT solution, along with software, products and other IT-related services to meet the VA’s goals.

    The VRM program will provide the necessary improvements to SRA’s internal business processes along with knowledge sharing that will let VA to deliver a high-quality, consistent experience for veterans and beneficiaries. It will also be providing delivery on-demand, self-service access to VA services and benefits in a consistent, user-focused manner.

    “SRA has a long history of helping the VA deliver on its commitment to support our nation’s veterans and improve their access to quality and efficient care,” said SRA Vice President Paul Nedzbala (pictured above). “This program builds on the momentum we’ve created over the years with VA, and gives us the opportunity to further support the service men and women who’ve served our country. The VRM program is an important step forward in transforming the experience of veterans and their families when they interact with VA to access services, benefits and information.”
