Members of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) elected new leaders at their annual meeting on June 30 in Reston, Va. The meeting included the CEO of NVTC, Bobbie Kilberg (pictured) .
The board is comprised of 15 members, each serving a three-year term. Most are current board members now serving extended terms.
The group of 15 includes:

§ Steve Hills, president and general manager, The Washington Post Company

§ John Mendonca, partner, KPMG LLP
§ Linda Mills, corporate vice president and president, Northrop Grumman Information Systems
§ Rich Montoni, president and CEO, Maximus
§ Raj Narasimhan, site director, Micron Technology Inc.
§ Phil Norton, chairman, CEO and president, ePlus Inc.
§ Brad Schwartz, president and CEO, Blue Canopy

In addition to these 15 members, NVTC Chair Brad Antle, president and CEO of Salient Federal Solutions, appointed five chairs to the board, including:
