Andrew Glover has been named the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of App47, an innovative provider of Mobile Application Management (MAM). A 14-year IT guru with broad experience in software development process, Glover will be in charge of driving the product development for App47. He previously served as the president of Stelligent in Reston, Virginia and was the former CTO of Vanward Technologies.
