    NEW’s Executive Wins Top HR Award

    Terri Feely, senior vice president of Human Resources at Terri Feely NEW Customer Service Companies, LLC was  honored with the Leadership Award for organizations exceeding 1,000 employees at the 10th annual HR Leadership Awards of Greater Washington. The award ceremony, established in 2001, was held last week in Arlington Virginia to encourage excellence in the HR profession.

    Feely was recognized for her extensive contributions to NEW’s HR policy that promotes innovation, career development and employee engagement, all while upholding NEW’s core values and fostering an environment where employees feel valued.

    “I am deeply honored to be recognized by the local HR community with this prestigious award,” said Feely. “At NEW, we value team success and thrive on collaboration, which is the foundation of our success and culture. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by incredibly talented colleagues who also share my passion and vision for making NEW the employer of choice in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., area.”
