Merkle And CMO Council Announce Winners of Market Innovation Awards

Merkle, a fast growing customer relationship marketing (CRM) agency, and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council, a world network with over 6,000 senior corporate marketing leaders and brand decision-makers, announced the winners of the first annual Marketing Innovation Awards on Tuesday.

The winners were revealed on June 7 during a ceremony at Merkle’s 8th Annual CRM Executive Summit at the Park Hyatt in San Diego, Calf.  The awards celebrated the accomplishments of different leaders in the customer marketing field.

The following finalists received top honors in marketing innovation:

Innovation in Multi-Channel Mix Optimization and Measurement: ON24 with Wiley Publication – Virtual Events for Dummies release

Social Media Innovation: Universal Orlando Resort – Leveraging the Power of New Attractions

Digital Integration: Samsung – Website KPI Improvement Initiative

Global Integration and Strategy: Dell – 90-Day Program

The Marketing Innovative Awards incorporated the theme of “Optimizing your Customer Portfolio,” similar to the 2011 CRM Summit.  The event contained keynote speakers, breakout sessions and one-on-one guru meetings in order to maximize customer relationships.
