InfinityQS International, provider of real-time quality control software solutions, announced on Monday the commercial availability of its ProFicient on Demand Solution.  ProFicient on Demand can be directly accessed online and removes the need for expensive hardware, IT support, ongoing maintenance fees and pricey upgrades.

ProFicient on Demand assists companies in establishing programs that improve quality control by preventing defects, reducing the cost of quality by diminishing scrap and rework, preventing recalls and working collaboratively to mitigate risks and decreasing costs.

Some ProFicient on Demand capabilities include monitoring processes in real-time, delivering alerts, taking corrective action immediately before products become defective, providing visibility of data, retrieving the system directly from remote devices and smart phones, allowing supplier product acceptance sampling prior to arrival, meeting audit needs, compliance requirements and customer reporting necessities.
