    General Dynamics Acquires Fortress Technologies

    General Dynamics announced on Tuesday that the company entered a conclusive agreement to obtain Fortress Technologies, Inc. The transaction should be completed in 2011’s third quarter.

    Fortress Technologies is a provider of safe wireless networking equipment for the U.S. military and other government clientele.  The company is located in Westford, Mass. with about 70 employees.
