Scott Goldstein has moved from his position as CTO and senior vice president at ManTech’s International Systems Engineering and Advance Technology Group to QinetiQ North America. At QinetiQ North America Goldstein will be senior vice president and general manger of its National Systems unit within its Missions Solutions Group.
